- WP Scheduled Posts – drag and drop calendar that lets you autoschedule drafts
- Elementor – Most of BetterBizSchool was built using Elementor and Elementor Pro. It’s a great page builder that has excellent drag and drop functionality
- Pinterest Automatic Plugin – Automatically pins images from new posts to your Pinterest account
- WP Tasty – Their hidden image function is EXCELLENT for having multiple pinnable images available without cluttering up your post. My Pinterest walkthrough video shows how I use it.

- Quuu – Curates niche-specific social media posts for Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Great for creating value-based content to pepper in with your CTAs.
- SocialBee – The scheduling app I use for Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Excellent scheduling functionalities and ties in Quuu + my RSS feeds
- Metricool – Site I use for handling my stats for Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn. Also houses my Instagram link that lets me have multiple direct links to posts, products, etc.
- Tailwind – Scheduler I use for Pinterest. Here’s my walkthrough tutorial video + a video showing how I use it to find blog topics.
- Planoly – Scheduler I use for Instagram. Here’s why I’ve chosen it over the other apps out there.
- MissingLettr – Helps auto-generate a years worth of Facebook and Twitter content for each blog post (an excellent upsell feature for sponsored posts!)

- Tubics – Helps keep track of my YouTube rankings and can optimize my video content
- TubeBuddy – Incredibly robust keyword and optimization plugin for YouTube. Their keyword planner has saved me many times!
- Screenflow – The app I use to edit the raw video and tweak the sound before I send it to InVideo
- InVideo – The site I use to brand my videos and churn them out quickly. Here’s a video showing how I use them to generate different videos for different social media platforms quickly.

- RelayThat – Helps quickly generate multiple social media images quickly
- Adobe Photography Plan – Lightroom is so clutch for any sort of bulk image editing!
- 99 Designs – Sometimes it’s just better to get someone else to do the heavy lifting for you. I like their design contest feature, it helps me to get multiple ideas from designers and get a professionally done brand created quickly.
- Publitio – Their automatic sync and offloading functionality has sped all of my blogs up considerably.
- PlaceIt – Great for creating mockups of your products quickly

- Thrive Leads – Creates lead magnet popups and sales pages, cheaper than Leadpages
- Leadpages – I love them solely because of their Leaddigits feature which allows you to capture info via text messages

- Quickbooks Self-Employed – Made my life (and my Accountants life) way easier as it auto pulls in my transactions + their iPhone app has the ability to log my business mileage which saves me SO many headaches.
- Serpstat – Like SEMRush but more affordable. Excellent for keyword research and competitor analysis. Here’s a video showing how I use it for keyword searches.
- Appsumo – Where I find most of my deals for automation and marketing software
- WebinarNinja – Excellent for both live and on-demand webinars. Their dedication to their customers is the best I’ve seen.
